Musings on March

It feels like March just ended but now we are firmly in April weather! This week ushers in the first 80+ series of days...ones I will look longingly on come summer. The little flower farm we run is chugging away, thanks to fall-plantings and perennials that continue to reward us with blooms. It's tempting to spend most of my time outside since that's when I feel the most centered. Ironically, I've never been much of a plein-aire painter. This year I intend to change that. Just saying it out loud has me feeling more confident! I might start just doing it on our property...baby steps and all. I will report back on my progress.

Here is my March tiny gallery. Definitely using more color as the seasons shift from the cool neutrals of winter to the pop of Spring. To see them daily, visit my stories on IG. Not a whole lot of other new works as of late, but tiny paintings are still paintings I keep telling myself!

Thank you for being here. XO
